Pál Feke
musical theater actor, singer, presenter

Pál Feke was born on 6 June 1981 in Budapest. He is one of the youngest and most talented performers in Hungary. He has played some of the best-known characters in Hungarian and foreign musicals and theatre shows since the age of 18. Beside his theatre work, he is the singer of his pop-rock band, which includes some of the top-notch musicians of the country.

He was probably the youngest actor ever to play the title role in Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar at the age of 22. He went on a few month tour across North America with the Hungarian historical rock opera, István, a király. He was invited as guest performer to several international musical galas in Germany and Austria. Despite his young age he has played more than 40 lead roles and contributed on almost 20 records. He has released two albums with songs from some of his favorite roles, all rearranged in his unique style.

In 2008 he won the contest held by the Hungarian National TV for the 25th Anniversary Tour of the national rock opera, István, a király. Playing the lead role of István, he won the hearts on many across the nation. His second album with a Best Of selection from the TV contest was on the Hungarian charts for weeks.

His third record was released in 2009, with world-famous hits as well as original songs composed and arranged by great Hungarian musicians. The new album has a heavier sound, but some pieces also feature spectacular orchestral arrangements.
